Yes! We offer consultations and cake tastings for wedding cake orders and large celebration cakes. During the consultation, we’ll discuss your vision, flavors, design ideas, and provide a tasting box of our popular flavors.

How far in advance should I place my order?

Wedding Cakes: We recommend booking 3–6 months in advance, especially for peak wedding season.
Celebration Cakes: Please place orders at least 2–3 weeks in advance. We may be able to accommodate last-minute requests depending on availability so please reach out.

Can you customize my cake?

Absolutely! All our cakes are handmade and fully customizable. You can choose the design, flavor, size, colors, and decorations to match your theme or event.

Do you cater to dietary requirements?

You will need to inform us of dietary requirements during the consultation. Unless otherwise stated, cakes contain gluten, butter, and eggs and are made in an environment handling nuts and soya. While we offer allergen-friendly options, cross-contamination is possible, and individuals with severe allergies are advised not to consume our cakes. Do you provide delivery and setup?

Local delivery is charged at £25 within 10 miles of CR5. Additional mileage is charged at 75p per mile (return journey), with a minimum setup fee of £25. Sunday and bank holiday deliveries incur additional surcharges. See the Terms & Conditions for more information.

How are your cakes priced?

Prices depend on the size, number of tiers, flavor choice, and design complexity. We’ll provide a detailed quote after your consultation or inquiry. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

How do I store the cake once it’s delivered or collected?

Accepted Answer

Buttercream cakes should be kept in a cool room or refrigerated if it’s warm. Fondant-covered cakes should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. We’ll provide specific care instructions upon delivery or collection.

Can I make changes to my order after booking?

Minor changes can be made up to 4 weeks before the event date. Design or date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 4 weeks before the event, any additional balance paid may be refunded. Cancellations within 4 weeks are non-refundable due to supplies and work already started.
